🏬 In-Store Pickup Only
At this time, The Game Collective offers in-store pickup only for all online orders.
Orders must be picked up within 24 hours
of purchase. Any orders not collected within 24 hours will be automatically returned to stock and refunded.
Please bring a valid ID when picking up your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you buy! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a return:
-Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
-A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
-Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Please note that all TCG (Trading Card Game) products are final sale. This includes:
-Sealed TCG products (booster packs, boxes, decks, etc.)
-Individual or raw trading cards.
-Any opened collectible or trading card merchandise
Due to the nature of these products, no returns or exchanges can be accepted.
